.  Jo lived the typical single working mom, executive high stress job and poor diet life that many Americans do. Until 1984 when she chose a holistic natural approach for natural pain relief & healing by walking away from the pain and dis-ease of diagnosis (called cancer).

After years of popular fear-based allopathic pain management, that merely covers the warning feelings (pain), she turned her full attention to learning and applying only natural pain relief & natural healing methods.  With statistical study and successful application she created & reenforced her new truth. That natural pain relief & healing is spiritual and that there never has been or will be, a CURE for anything but a ham.
